Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was prime with nice views, but the rooms felt a bit outdated and in need of maintenance. I had some hiccups during my stay, particularly with the bathroom cleanliness and dining options that were lacking. The staff were pleasant and did their best to accommodate us, but overall, it left me wanting more.
I had high hopes for my stay, but the experience was marred by various issues. My room was clean, but had a stark view and poor Wi-Fi which really affected my stay. The staff was mostly positive despite a rough start at reception. The location was lackluster with little to see nearby, and while the dining options were decent, they left me wanting more. Overall, it felt like the hotel was past its prime and didn't quite meet expectations.
I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was decent and the location is good for exploring Rotorua, the room I stayed in was quite tired and in need of an update. The breakfast left much to be desired, although the pool area was a nice touch. Overall, I think the price for what is offered does not really add up, making it less ideal for future visits.
I had a good stay overall, but there were a few drawbacks. The room had a fantastic balcony with a lovely view of the lake, which I truly enjoyed, but it was really hot, and that made my comfort a bit of a struggle. The staff were warm and accommodating, especially when I needed help finding toothbrushes. However, some small issues in the club lounge and dining experience detracted a bit from an otherwise pleasant visit.
The hotel boasts a great location with easy access to the town, but my experience was marred by several service issues and a lack of facilities. The room itself was adequately clean and the beds were comfortable, but I expected more from a supposed luxury establishment. Overall, not the best experience, especially considering what was promised, leaving me unsure if I would return.
